 [EeeeKkkiEee hoPhoP gRaSshOppEr!!!!]

brrrrrrrrrrrrrr............. i was watching meng ping tu half way when all of a sudden something BIG flew in through the squares of my gate and landed with a LOUD thud rite in front of the tele..

i tot it was the usual big moth or dragon fly... i cautiously went to check it out and realised that it was a grAsshoPPER!!!! well.. bUT IT WAS FREAKING BIG... was it a cricket maybe? or a praying mantis?? ahha.. k the last's one out la..


so my SMART dad went to get the papers.. at 1st i tot he wanted to smack it dead.. den i was like screaming no dun kill it!!!

but what my dad did was like try to brush it out.. how can u do that to the grasshopper la!!?!? it can jump wan leh!!
and jump like SUPER DUPER HIGH!!?!?!
oh... and fly too?? hmm.. i dunno whether it jumped or flew la..
but when dad tried to sweep it, it did either one of those things and both of us got a shock!!! brrrr... frightening!!!
he couldnt see where it went to.. so he went away...

being the BRAVE me... i went to see if i could find it..
*SHOCKED*
it was rite under my nose!!!!

there.. take a close up look at it.. and u noe how close i had to go to take this pic???? without zoom?!?! like only a few centimeters okaY!!!!
well but it was mum who took it la.. i scared it jump on me or sth...


yea and so mum caught it in a plastic bag.. i told her not to release it 1st cuz i wanted to take pic of it!!! so interesting!! when would one get a chance to look at a live grasshoppie close up???
erm.. i did la.. but dun dare mah.. so we had it transferred into a transparent container.. for science sake ok...

erm.. the 3 bottles of brands essence of chicken was put there by me.. i was afraid it would jump out.. i think it's strong enough too ok..

yea and so i took quite a few pics.. mostly are blur..
oh and if u notice carefully.. (my mum noticed it was it was crawling pitifully around, trying to find a way out..) it's right fore leg is half amputated.. NOT BY ME HOR...
den my mum went to check the plastic bag to see if there was a part of a feet inside.. nope..


actually i still feel quite disgusted by it la.. iHATE insects man..
